The signed contract constitutes a short-term rental management mandate, detailing the conditions for taking charge of your accommodation.

It also includes all the documents required to ensure the effective management of your property.

Management fees are calculated on a personalized basis based on the property entrusted, its location, its characteristics and the desired level of service.
They include all of our rental management services, with the exception of cleaning and laundry fees, which remain the responsibility of guests. Our pricing is deliberately flexible to best adapt to the specific features of each property and the expectations of owners.

Cleaning fees, calculated according to the size and configuration of the accommodation, are the responsibility of the travelers and included in the price of the reservation.

You receive them with the rent and linen costs, then they are paid at the end of the month to the concierge, accompanied by a detailed invoice

Cleaning and linen fees are fully donated to Concierge Service, which provides cleaning and laundry services.

The amount paid by travelers is calculated to cover these services precisely.

Renting out your main residence is permitted for a maximum of 90 nights in Luxembourg.

Beyond this threshold in Luxembourg, mandatory training entitled "Regulated access to HoReCa professions", delivered by the Chamber of Commerce, is required.

Booking platforms verify the identity of travelers.

Dedicated software also allows the automatic completion of the police form, required for foreign visitors.

Travelers receive a link to an online guide, accessible throughout their stay.

It contains access information, a presentation of the accommodation, Wi-Fi, assistance, departure instructions, all illustrated with images and videos.
